
It is the responsibility of the client to provide reports from all three major bureaus (Equifax/CSC, Experian, TransUnion) or Absolute may (at a 25.00 fee) acquire them for you. In an effort to keep the client involved and educated, we recommend an account with "FREECREDITREPORT.COM". Here, you can watch your score and view alerts (and can send electronically to Absolute.
The initial credit reports obtained or provided (no more than 33 days old, if provided) will serve as the basis for improving or repairing credit reports. Efforts by Absolute will be limited to the details of the original credit reports provide to Absolute at the time and date of enrollment.
Client understands that it is the right of any consumer to execute similar disputes or communications on their own behalf, but has willfully employed Absolute Credit Repair Inc. to perform the services for the posted fee.
Client understands that Absolute will "have corrected" false, outdated, or incorrectly reported information from the bureaus, as allowed by State and or Federal law, and understands that Absolute makes no claim beyond those changes allowed by Federal law. This includes, but is not limited to, inquiries, addresses, aliases, creditor accounts, or personal information. Furthermore, client understands that no guarantee (either spoken or written has been made) for particular score outcomes. Absolute has no intimate knowledge of the protected formulas used by the credit scoring models to calculate score that Absolute does not possess.
Absolute can not ask for correct information to be removed. However, Federal laws require 100% accuracy on a consumers credit file. With that in mind, we will move quickly to ensure your credit file is correct or the information removed.

GENERAL RESPONSE TIMES:
• 10 days after THE PROGRAM START DATE, you will receive the first set of original credit reports from all three credit reporting agencies – Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. (you forward these to ABSOLUTE)
• 15 days after receiving the original credit reports, you will get another set with personal updates – these updates refer to inaccurate names, date of birth, social security number and addresses. (you forward these to ABSOLUTE)
• 15 days after receiving the first personal updates, you will receive your first round of dispute responses from all three credit reporting agencies. (you forward these to ABSOLUTE)
• After your initial round of disputes have been received, you will get updates every 35-40 days from all three credit reporting agencies. (you forward these to ABSOLUTE)
